| Hi! It's Mike here, again. Just cleaning out some pens and changing everyone's water. This is the 'dog condo' and it has lights, heat, and a.c. Nope, I'm not kidding! We also have a set-up for whelping puppies that makes it cleaner and safer for mom and pups. God has blessed us! |
| Thank you for stopping by. Now, let me tell you what services we offer: |
| Service #1: Puppy Starting *For the safety of your dog and ours, vaccinations must be up to date.* Details: We will work with a pup, at least 6 months of age or older, and try to train it to run a rabbit. We have a 1/4 acre starting pen with rabbits to concentrate the scent. We place the pup in alone or with a puppy trainer. Each pup is different, so we modify accordingly. Fee: $60 per pup PLUS a total of one bag of YOUR dog food. The pup will remain on premise until it has started or until 3 months have expired, whichever comes first. The pup is worked with every other day, so a 3-month time limit should be plenty of time. There is NO GUARANTEE the pup will start...only God knows for sure, but it will have every opportunity to do so. There is a contract we require the owner to sign and we communicate with the owner as progress is made via email, U.S. mail, text, and/or phone calls. Misc Fees: $5 worming, $5 nail trimming, $10 leash breaking, $5 collar breaking. |

| Service #2: Conditioning *For the safety of your dog and ours, vaccinations must be up to date.* Details: We will take a beagle of any age and condition it. This means, it will get to run rabbits either solo (by itself) or with a brace-mate (one other dog) or with a pack (3 or more dogs), depending on what you want or what the dog needs. You select what you want and how many times a week. You can mix and match so that, for example, a dog is soloed for two days and packed for two days. Fee: $3 per day/per dog PLUS a total of one bag of YOUR dog food. The beagle can stay for as long as you want the hound conditioned. There is a contract we require the owner to sign and we communicate with the owner via email, U.S. mail, text, and/or phone calls. Misc Fees: $5 worming, $5 nail trimming, $10 leash breaking, $5 collar breaking. |
| Service #3: Whelping Services *For the safety of your dog and ours, vaccinations must be up to date.* Details: We provide a clean, safe place for pregnant females to have their pups. We can provide heat, air conditioning, heat lamps, fans...whatever is needed. The female is cleaned up 24 hours after delivery and the entire whelping area is sanitized then carpeted. Bumper rails are inserted to try to keep the female from laying on any pups. The female is given an antibiotic injection 24 hours after delivery. If needed, oxytocin is given to assist in delivery after the first pup is born. There is a contract that we require all owners to sign. We will communicate with the owner via email, U.S. mail, text, and/or phone calls. Fees: $220 PLUS a total of two bags of YOUR dog food. The fee includes the following: heat/air/fan/heat-lamp for the female and the pups, worming of the female and pups until pups are weaned, an oxytocin injection (pit shot) for the female, and 24-48 hours after whelping, an antibiotic injection for the female, and dew claw removal on the pups (if desired). **If a pup has to be hand-raised, there will be an additional $50 per pup that requires hand-raising plus any additional expenses (special food, vet expenses, etc...). |
